Knife from the Bo Widarsson Collection. Flint-Bror Oskar Mattsson Marestam aka Bror Mattsson, was born in 1912-05-20 in Öna, Mora. Mattssons Knivfabrik. Flint-Bror had learned the craft from his uncle Flint-Lars Andersson. Flint-Bror also worked for FM Mattsson for a while. It is said that he misappropriated many FMM knives and then sold them as his own. The knives were stamped B.O.MATTSSON. His knife making endeavor only lasted a couple of years. He soon stopped it and tried other things. The reason for his disappearance from the knife industry is unknown. It is believed that his knives date from 1932-1935.
