Televerket was a Swedish State authority acting as a state-owned corporation (public enterprise), responsible for telecommunications in Sweden from 1853 until 1993. Originally it was named Kongl. Elektriska Telegraf-Werket (literally: Royal Electric Telegraph Agency), which was founded in 1853. Its name changed to Kongl. Telegrafverket in 1871, Kungl. Telegrafverket in 1903, the prefix Kungl. (English: Royal) was dropped in 1946 and the name was further modernised to Televerket in 1953. Televerket continued on with its telecommunications monopoly until corporatisation in 1993, when it was renamed Telia, now part of Telia Company. Source: Wikipedia
Two different models have been spotted, a classic N.1 and a special cable chopper. All knives were made Frosts Knivfabrik AB.
Production period is probably around 1950s-1980s.
All knives have a two digit number stamped on the blade, that indicates que year they were delivered to the company.
Check out also this article i wrote for the Morakniv website site https://morakniv.se/en/morakniv-stories-en/the-cable-chopper/
Stamps
Up to 1953, all knives are marked with the stamp TV that means "Kungliga Telegrafverket" Royal telegraph company.
After 1953 the knives hold the logo of the company, a star covered by electric lightning and the kings crown on top
Classic line - N.1
Above: Rare 1949 made by Erik Frost. The sheath on the outside is metal and on the inside is paper fiber (same used in the Unica sheath). The outside is covered with thick black paint that and some texture. Marked with three crowns and TV stamp. Belongs to Civildefence equipment division from Televerket. Civil defense was a division under the army that involved several government companies/organizations that would help the army when needed.

Do not know if the knife is a Televerket knife or a regular Frost
The first plastic sheath has a plastic belt tab and the second has a second belt tab
Kabelkniv aka cable chopper
Knife specifically design for chopping telecommunication cable.
It came with a leather sheath.
Early versions had a leather wrapper handle secured with brass pins. From 1970s the leather handle is replaced with a simple plastic wrap

Another model made by Frost from 1968
Early example of the cable cutting tool from 50
two examples from 71 and 82 with plastic handles.
